The location was excellent for what I

Needed, it was close to my work and the city. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel feels a bit dated and the bathroom could use some upgrades.

Magnificent and unbeatable location - a short way from everywhere we needed. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a shopping mall.

Location: the hotel was not far from two different train stations and bus stops, Resturants, cafes and assorted shops and Town Hall. The bed was large, the room was extremely pleasant and recently refurbished with a very comfy queen size bed. Value for money, and the services were good. Liked our really enjoyable stay here, would love to come back here some time.

The location was fantastic. The shower was a highlight, with great pressure and temperature control.

We stayed only for business

The location and convenience of the hotel for shopping and for medical appointments is great and would stay again.

It was just a proper fit for strolling around in Sydney with excellent value for money. The room was modern and clean with a big, comfortable king-sized bed. If you want a convenient base for exploring, this place is a solid choice.

The location is particularly good and unbeatable and there is the train station a short walk to the hotel. And it's at a medium distance from downtown. There's nice lobby bar with alcoholic beverages.

I liked that it is within walking distance of the Botanical gardens, The Rocks and the Opera House. There is a Malaysian Restaurant close by that is reasonably priced. The rooms are updated with a great bathroom.

The room was super clean. The bed was comfortable. Great central location made it easy to explore. Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. A fantastic experience 😊

Good location for the price, clean premises, no frills, very modular, gym in the hotel premises for $15 extra per day, has the basics to a good quality level

No free WiFi, reception staff busy and not that knowledgeable of street directions, TVs in rooms not LCD

The location.

The house keepers knocking in our room before check out time and not apologising for it. There was holes on the wall of our room which didn't look too good.

the bed felt a bit small. the staff was welcoming, providing kids with a puzzle and balloons. the location was perfect, just a short walk to darling harbor. clean room with a little kitchenette made staying easier.

Clean room

A surcharge is levied when you pay by credit card - and if you want to pay with a debit card; only Australian cards are accepted. There is no free wifi. You need to swipe your room key in the lift to access your floor. The card reader is very low to the floor.
